Our Monday Evening Chat/Film Viewing: "The Shanghai Chest" (8PM, ET)
Please join us for our Monday Evening Chat/Film Viewing as our film for this latest installment of our Monday evenings together will be “The Shanghai Chest,” the third appearance of Mr. Winters as Charlie Chan. Chan, with the help of Number Two Son “Tommy” and Birmingham Brown, work to clear a man accused of murdering a judge who happened to be his uncle. What follows is a series of murders that the detective must tie together to discover the source of the carnage!
We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time with arrivals and greetings and a trip to Virginia’s virtual beverage cart. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very worthy film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.
