Please consider joining us for our Monday Evening Chat/Film Viewing as we watch and discuss “Charlie Chan’s Secret,” starring Warner Oland. Following the inability of a deep-sea salvage team to locate the body of Allen Colby from the wreck of a sunken ship, Charlie Chan flies to San Francisco to share what he has found to Colby’s family. Seances, an eerie setting, and murder lead the detective on a ghostly chase!
We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time with arrivals and greetings and a trip to Virginia’s virtual beverage cart. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very worthy film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.

Regret that I wasn't able to watch live with the family on Monday nite, but got to Secret on Tuesday and loved it. An excellent Chan even without a "son" to tag along.
