Our Monday Evening Chat/Film Viewing: "Charlie Chan on Broadway"
Please consider joining with us for this week’s Monday Evening Chat/Film Viewing as we watch and discuss “Charlie Chan on Broadway,” starring Warner Oland. As Charlie Chan and Number One Son, Lee, return from Europe, they make a stopover in New York City to appear at a police function. However, even before their arrival, events begin to occur which point to their visit being anything but casual!
We begin, as usual, at 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time with arrivals and greetings and a trip to Virginia’s virtual beverage cart. Then, thirty minutes later, we begin running our personal copies of this very worthy film, which allows us to watch it together as our evening’s discussion progresses.
