It all depends on the condition of the item in question. What you describe is a publicity photo printed on glossy paper stock. It was produced by Monogram Pictures, publicizing its Charlie Chan series and dates from around 1945-46, probably. I have one of these that also bears the actual autograph of Sidney Toler on the reverse side. This adds value, of course. I would say that the item you hold would possibly get you, again, depending on condition, between $30-60.
