Hey everyone! It's time for the Charlie Chan Game, Round 4, where I post a picture from a scene from a particular Charlie Chan movie (and possibly give some clues) and it's up to you all to guess which movie it's from.

Last week, Rush was the first to guess the correct movie. Who will be the first to guess correctly this week?

Don't be afraid to guess! I try to make it challenging but if no one can guess the correct movie in about a day or two, I'll post another picture to hopefully make it easier.

This week, there's actually two pictures from two scenes in this particular Charlie Chan movie!

It starts off with a shocking beginning...



And then... a trap that was a stab in the dark...

...But the real Charlie Chan is no dummy. Chan not only captures the murderer, but he gets a real kick at the end!

"Wax Museum."

The wiring of Charlie's chair was the first trap, but was undone by Dr. Cream's assistant Miss Latimer cutting the wire, as well as Dr. Von Brom wanting to sit in the chair designated for Charlie.

The second scene was when another (if I remember correctly) murderer mistakenly throws a knife in Charlie's wax dummy's back, rather than the real Charlie's back.

Glad you liked the pics I wasn't sure what pictures to use from this movie because a lot of the scenes would've easily given the movie away with all the wax figures and stuff.

I liked the clues I gave along with the pics as well. Of course Charlie Chan getting the "kick at the end" was when Jimmy mistakens him for a wax dummy and kicks him at the very end. Funny scene. I also thought it was pretty funny when McBirney is telling his bodyguard about Dr. Cream and says "He makes faces behind their [the law's] backs"

Good job DMC, MysteryMan, and Nightwolf for guessing correctly! The movie was indeed Charlie Chan at the Wax Museum! A special congrats to DMC for being first to guess the correct movie! Also for describing each scene accurately! If I was rewarding points, you'd get a bonus

CC at the Wax Museum is one of my favorite CC movies. In fact, it's the first CC movie I ever saw and what got me into the CC movies in the first place.

So far I haven't been able to stump you guys. It's been fun doing the games. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do Round 5 for a while though. It depends on if I have time this week (I might be too busy to watch a CC movie). I'll have to see.
