In case I get into the chat room tonight . . . I'll come complete with a new recipe . . . and, yes, you all can still have my grandfather's rum punch and Helen Corbitt's Eggnog (the quart of bourbon and pint of brandy recipe). Just be sure you have a designated typist.

The new recipe is slicing up a New York Style Cheesecake and distributing the slices on plates. Melt pralines in a sauce pan to pour over the cheesecake.

The pralines work best if they're made from scratch or at least bought that way from your favorite Mexican Restaurant.
