In the Panama Canal Zone, intrigue abounds as international spies seek to gain information and destroy the canal as the US Pacific Fleet sails through! FILM NOTES: “Charlie Chan in Panama” carries with it a very accurate depiction of the Panama Canal. It also gives us a good “feel” for a time when war loomed at the doorstep of the United States.
