It is with sadness that we note the passing of Layne Tom, Jr. who passed away on January 14 at the age of 87. Mr. Tom played three different Chan sons in three films: "Charlie Chan at the Olympics," "Charlie Chan in Honolulu, and "Charlie Chan's Murder Cruise."
He will not be forgotten by Charlie Chan fans, and may he rest in peace...
Sorry to hear the sad news of the passing of Layne Tom Jr. In all of his film appearances, especially the three Chan films, Mr. Tom's talent brought magic to the movie screen. My condolences to Mr. Tom's family.
