Tonight we continue our yearlong journey as we arrive at the second Monogram Pictures release: “The Chinese Cat.” An investigation of a “closed’ murder case leads Charlie Chan, along with son, Tommy, and assistant Birmingham Brown, into a deadly realm which includes diamond smuggling.
