On Sunday, September 20th, Turner Classic Movies (TCM) presents Detective Double Features.
At 8:00 PM (EST), TCM presents "Dark Alibi" (1946 Monogram) starring Sidney Toler as Charlie Chan. This suspense film features Benson Fong and Mantan Moreland. At 9:15 PM (EST), TCM presents "Dangerous Money" (1946 Monogram) again starring Sidney Toler as Chan. This suspense film features Victor Sen Yung and Willie Best.
Not the best films in the series, but it is nice to see Charlie Chan movies on TCM. The Chan double-feature is followed by a double-feature with the Falcon.
