I am happy with your receiving the refund! I am sad about the horrible condition of the DVDs that the seller is pushing. There are far better - though not perfect! - examples available from "grey market" sellers if that is the route you wish to take. As you know, nearly all Charlie Chan movies are now available in commercially produced sets, and many can be had for lower prices.
