Yes, there is one: "Charlie Chan in Reno." At least it is a PARTIAL holiday film. In the opening scenes, we see Chan decorating Easter eggs for the family's new grandson who was born in the previous movie, "Charlie Chan in Honolulu." Also, as Chan heads to Reno for a case, Number Two Son, Jimmy prepares for Easter (spring) Break at USC. This is the only film in the series with a holiday "theme" to any degree.
The only time I remember Christmas being mentioned in a Chan film is in "CC in Monte Carlo" when Harold Huber tells Virginia Fields that "there are no Christmas trees in Monte Carlo." The scene is near the end of the film, when she cannot explain the source of her lavish car and clothes to the police.
