Just wanted to say thanks to everyone, and to say how much i enjoyed my first whatever-this-was---"webcast", "conference", "mosh"---i discovered the Chan Family Page last week & am so happy to find others of such humor & intellect---to find ones devoted so much to my favorite detective is a treat not to be beat. I'll try to visit as many Mondays as i can, & to be a little more restrained. I want to hear you others. Tonight i went a little wild, especially when several of you pointed out the sound-effect buttons. You shouldn't have done that!
I look forward to learning from all, but want to mention among several interests of mine that are relevant that i'm a devotee of old-time radio & am interested in any & all sources available on computer. As i'm not tech-savvy & this is my first computer, every single one of you probably knows things i'd like to. So feel invited, please, to send to my email any info or comments on any of the places my computer can take me. ANY classic radio, as i love it all & indeed try by streaming to keep the date in my apartment at a comfortable 1950 or below. Of course i especially do seek Charlie Chan on radio, as to date i've heard only a couple, one actually being the "Deacon Jessup" case that was tonight's warm-up. If anyone can direct me to places where Charlie lives on radio, please don't be shy.
Last i want to not only thank those who conceived this fan-site, but also to compliment its structure & style. This cannot have been a simple effort, and keeping it running must be a labor of love but a labor. To each and any who have given this site substance, keep it current and keep it happy, may i say your work is greatly, greatly appreciated and also admired.

Hello, Apprentice Det. Angel. I wasn't on board last night, but I did watch the movie. I just wanted to point out (in case no one else did) that the fellow who replied to your email "Hawaii_Steve" gives the only Charlie Chan tour on the planet. It's in Honolulu HI's Chinatown. I've taken it several times when there and brought my grandkids on it...they loved it! Really worth it if you happen to be out that way.
