TONIGHT! "Charlie Chan at the Olympics"!

FROM CHARLIE CHAN: “Race not always won by man who start first.”
Good morning, as we usher in the month of April! Tonight, our CHARLIE CHAN

FILM TOUR 2016 takes us, as we follow along with Charlie Chan on a trip that takes him from Honolulu to Berlin, the site of the 1936 Olympic Games. This time, the detective follows the trail of his Number One Son, Lee, who is a participant in the Olympics, and it will be in Berlin that the father-son duo tracks down a nefarious gang that is involved in the stealing and selling of a top secret U.S. government device. It soon becomes apparent that this is no simple case and it is much more deadly than even Charlie Chan first imagines!
As is out new custom, arriving at 7:30 Eastern Time, we will be sharing, before our featured presentation, a vintage Charlie Chan radio show. Today it will be “The Landini Murder Case” (Episode 32) which can be found on the Internet at this address: http://www.oldtimeradiodownloads.com/crime/charlie-chan/charlie-chan-32-landini
