Can anyone tell me if Chile, Australia or any countries in Asia are farming organic salmon? Do you know which countries have regulations?
Also, re Chile and salmon farming. In general, what is the reputation of salmon farming there--any better or worse in terms of environmental impact than in Europe or North America?
