Associate Real Estate Sales and Account Management

Are you looking for an opportunity to kick off your career in the dynamic field of commercial real estate? Cummings Properties is adding an entry-level associate account manager to its Woburn-based team. We are searching for a bright, confident professional to support our account managers in their efforts to grow the company’s relationships with existing commercial leasing clients and develop new business opportunities.

As an associate account manager, your responsibilities will include managing your own modest portfolio—including regular and rewarding client interactions—and working closely with account managers to support their day-to-day functions, with the goal of developing the skills necessary to become an effective account manager. Associate account managers who demonstrate sound judgment, thoughtful decision-making, and solid problem-solving skills will have the chance to expand their portfolios and assume additional responsibilities. Our account managers deliver top-notch service, negotiate and administer leases, and facilitate tenant improvement projects, all while developing valuable business relationships. Experience in commercial real estate is beneficial, but not required for this position.

The preferred candidate for this entry-level opportunity will possess:
• Three years of sales and business experience
• Strong writing skills
• A highly professional demeanor, both on the telephone and in person
• A verifiable history of personal accomplishment
• A commitment to team goals
• Undergraduate college degree
