Client Services Specialist

Are you an energetic administrative whiz? Do you have a knack for in-the-moment problem-solving? Put your people skills to use in a warm, friendly small business community. Join our dynamic team at Cummings Executive Suites, a shared workspace within Cummings Properties’ Woburn portfolio. As the Client Services Specialist, your positive attitude and attention to detail will guide you as you attend to daily tasks, including:

Primary responsibilities:

- Supporting the management team in the day-to-day operation of two business centers as well as our virtual office program and conference room offerings
- Covering the front desk, answering calls, and distributing mail and packages to clients
- Tracking expenses, ordering office supplies, entering billing, and processing payments
- Providing outstanding service as the primary point of contact for our leasing clients
- Preparing the monthly client newsletter, internal documents, and social media posts
- On-boarding new clients, including setting up and troubleshooting phone/IT access
- Maintaining the sales leads database and client files
- Opening and closing the business center

The preferred candidate will possess:
- A talent for working both collaboratively and independently
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong judgment, perseverance, and initiative
