Choosing between Scanmatik 3 and Autel for workshop diagnostics

I’m thinking about buying the Scanmatik 3 for my workshop, but I’m still comparing it to Autel and Launch. I mostly work with European cars, but occasionally get some Japanese and Korean models too. How stable is Scanmatik in daily use? Does it handle coding and adaptations properly, or is it just for basic fault reading? I’d prefer something compact that connects easily to both PC and tablet.

You can check out the Scanmatik 3 on ECUTools https://ecutools.eu/ It’s the official version with Bluetooth, USB-C connection, and full J2534 & RP1210 protocols. Works with OBD-II, CAN, K-Line, and even supports truck diagnostics. I ordered it there a few months ago — shipped quickly, came pre-configured with all drivers and software. It’s compact, stable, and perfect for everyday use in the workshop.
