Headtorch park runs ahoy! Want to try something different? Then come out and play in the parks when the sky is starlit and the moon is fat. Alternative to the road sessions, suitable for all groups.

Meet at Garston 18:45 for 19:00 start. Next three dates:

Thursday 15 December

Bring old trainers or trail shoes and a headtorch. If you haven't got one and want to try this I will bring spares.

Come and try the new xc course at Clarkes Gardens next Thu night!

Minor changes to the route but involves two crossings of the stream to avoid the blocked section of the bottom path to the Dingly Dell. There's a nice jump in there for those with long legs now :-)

Dear creatures of the night, sadly I am crocked and unable to run until further notice. Next two headtorch runs are cancelled (unless someone else wants to take them). Will let you know as soon as I'm able to take them again.

Sorry to hear you're out of action but thanks for letting us all know in advance Christina. Was looking forward to wearing my head torch and running off road in the night, hopefully a n other can lead us ...

Bring your oldest trainers or ideally a pair of trail shoes, also a head torch, I have one spare, but it's a bit battered..
All major retailers have them these days..

Torchrun this Thursday 19 Jan
7pm at sport centre as alternative to the normal sessions.
