As the xc season has begun,I was going to stop the xc training on Saturdays ,as hopefully by now people have an idea regarding shoes to wear,training ideas etc,
If people wish to continue with training,I can meet them at clarkes gardens or other parks nearby for some training sessions on Saturday or Sunday's,
