Hi folks, on Thursday 20th April Knowsley Harriers are having an additional Halewood 5k at 7pm, £2 entry fee in aid of Roy Castle Lung Cancer Charity. Obviously this is a club night for us, but it would be great if we could show our support. The start is about 3.5 mile from the club, I plan to run from the club leaving at 6:20pm in order to get there in time for registration and do the race then run back. Please come along if you fancy it đŸ‘
