Results do not have to be posted on the forum for them to be eligible for the club champs.

The club rules state that "It is the member’s responsibility to submit appropriate evidence of their race times to the Men’s or Ladies’
Captain (as appropriate)."

In addition, a club vest must be worn.

It's in the constitution so you could always propose an amendment to the constitution at the AGM

Getting rid of the rule that voids races done on xc dates seems much more relevant.
