Happy 70th Birthday to my great friend and running nemesis Tommy Burke. He only did a 1 hour 15 mins. Half Marathon aged 55, and amongst other achievements (to many to mention) he is a former PLS Club Champion. But more than this he is a lovely human being, and I love him to bits! "Did you ever know that you're my hero".
