on a normal day I'd say you could just about get away with road shoes, but tomorrow there's supposed to be torrential rain in the morning, so I suggest at least trail shoes... fell shoes would be ideal...
I personally can't commit this time, but by looking at Facebook and whatsapp, there are at least 10 going, you might want to put a message up onto them for lifts, if it's what you're after.
