After a brief return to racing after a year off I tore my groin in last weeks training, no better after a week of complete rest, anyone ever seen a physio or had therapeutic ultrasound for groin injuries? Any tips to speed up recovery?
I'm no expert but apparently this guy knows stuff and has fixed many PLS...
