Headtorch park runs! I'm so excited, I just can't hide it, I think I can run again and I think I like it!
Please come and howl at the moon with us on Thursday 1st Feb. We can use one of Simo Caps' fab routes and if we are really privileged we may even catch sight of Frank Martin's new dog. All welcome, alternative session to the usual threshold road run. Wear old trainers and if you haven't got a headtorch I can lend you one of mine.
