There are separate results spreadsheets for Men and Women. In the spreadsheets you will find the current championship standings, broken down by distance and also by age group, as well as Season's Best times at each distance. There is also a tab for age corrected Season's Best times which calculates the equivalent time you would have achieved in the flush of youth (good for bragging rights for us older runners!).
Can you check I have not missed any of your times and let me know of any missing results. Note once the season is over these will be used to allocate prizes at the Awards Night. Don't miss out on a trophy by forgetting to check your results have been recorded.
