For the novices/scaredy cats:
It's a 9 miles run, flat as a pancake, visiting the Oglet shore for 2miles, with bits of mud here and there
DO NOT wear your best trainers, I will hear no complaints or excuses
Scattered starts - G3-4-5 group @1830, G1-2 @1845, account for finishing 10-15mins later than usual
