Time to put a note in your diary's for September Northern road relays.

4 stage relays at Edge Hill university (Ormskirk) 08th September
6 stage relays at Sports City Manchester 15th September.

Road Relays September *Free to Enter* First claim members only.🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

OK Club mates just a reminder about the team relays on 8th & 15th September. These are team events and we can have as many teams as we want.

The first on the 08th is at Edge Hill University Ormskirk in teams of 3 women (13:00 start) & 4 men (14:30 start) and each person runs a 5k distance its against all Northwest clubs and is a great day out.

Then a week later on the 15th its the 6 stage North of England relays championship at Sports City Manchester with a start in the Stadium at 14:00 (women teams of 4 each running 5.4k and Men teams of 6 each running 6.8k). This is a chance for us to get into the ERRA Championship Final which we did for the first time in 2017
