Come on team mates only only 2 weeks to sign up for the Northwest and Northern Relays they are the best team race events of the year.

Dates are 8th & 15th September.

The first on the 08th is at Edge Hill University Ormskirk in teams of 3 women (13:00 start) & 4 men (14:30 start) 5k.

Then on the 15th its the 6 stage North of England relays championship at Sports City Manchester 14:00 start. This is a chance for us to get into the ERRA Championship Final.

*You have to sign up on webcollect it is not an enter on the day event*
