Race start - Men's race is 14:30 (so please aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start) address is Edge Hill University, St Helens Road, Ormskirk, L39 4QP.
Distance for each runner is 5km - for each leg you will need to be in position on the race start area for the arrival of your team mate were officials will advice you when to go.
