Delighted to confirm that PLS club training resumes this week on Tuesday March 30th. We will stick with the winter training sessions for a few more weeks before moving into the parks. We'll confirm in due course exactly when this will be. For now, this Tuesday the sessions will as below, all starting, as before, at 7pm
Sufficient parking is available near each session’s meeting point.
Gp 1 (sub-41 mins 10k) – Sefton Park : meet by obelisk at top of main path ; 1 min efforts (x20) or 2 min efforts (x10)
Gp 2 (41 - 44 mins 10k) – Prom; meet at Britannia pub; 1 min efforts
Gp 3 (44 - 48 mins 10k) - Estuary park square > Dobbies; 5 x 1k efforts, meet at junction by Kays Medical
Gp 4 (48 - 52 mins 10k) – Prom; meet at Red Bull; 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 pyramid
Gp 5 (52 - 56 mins 10k ) - Carnatic Rd hill efforts x 8 ; meet at foot of Carnatic Rd
Gp 6 (56 - 60 mins 10k) – old fire station where Banks Rd meets Speke Boulevard (opposite Matchworks gym); parking at Garston or at retail park; 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 pyramid
Gp 7 (60 mins + 10k) – Park Avenue (parallel to Carnatic Rd) ; hill efforts x 8; meet at foot of Park Avenue
***ALL GROUPS WITH MORE THAN 6 RUNNERS WILL BE SPLIT. PLEASE FOLLOW YOUR LEADER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND BE WILLING TO LEAD A GROUP OF UP TO 6 YOURSELF IF ASKED TO DO SO BY THE LEADER
