Gp 1 (41 mins 10k or quicker) - Prom - progression run, start at South end, run to bandstand and back. Leader : Alex Cowin
Gp 2 (41 - 44 mins 10k) - Mossley Hill Hills - park at Garston & meet at mini O at Garston Pk corner Leader : TBC
Gp 3 (44 - 48 mins 10k) - Woolton Hills - park at Garston - direction : via Woolton Rd i.e. in reverse

Gp 4 (48 - 54 mins 10k) - meet iron bridge Sefton Park (1 hr run). Group to agree on route Leader : TBC
Gp 5 - no run
Gp 6 (54 - 60 mins 10k) - ASDA route - park at Speke Retail; run from lights at Starbucks/Crowne Plaza junction Leader : TBC
Gp 7 (60 mins +) - South Liverpool tour - Long Lane, Brodie Ave, Green Lane, Druids X, Linkstor; meet at junction of Booker Ave/Brodie Ave Leader : TBC

The summer schedules will go on this week. They start tomorrow (Tues 4th May). Tomorrow's are
Group 1 (sub 41 10k) - Camp Hill Bin Loops (meet at the top)
Group 2 (41-45 mins 10k) - Clarkes Gardens (meet at Garston Lifestyles) - 16 x 90 secs - 1 min recovery
Group 3 (45-49 mins) - Allerton Towers (meet at Garston Lifestyles) - 10 mins on 'the dipper', 3 laps of perimeter then back on the dipper
Group 4 (49-55 mins) - Camp Hill (meet at the bottom) - Hill repeats - effort up, recover on way down, as many as time allows
Group 5 (55+ mins) - Mystery Park (meet at the usual start line adjacent to the track) - Pyramids - 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1
Please consider trail shoes if on grass given the weather.
For those groups meeting at Garston please meet roadside NOT outside the centre
