As you will have seen from Andy's post details of this series are now available and yu now have to sign up online in advance. All four races are on the Off Road Champiomships calendar and are a great introduction to off road running (short distance at ~5 miles and easy terrain). I would recommend trail shoes, but road shoes would also be OK (mud, sand, grass, a few rocky bits).
