This is more of a trail race as it is well marked and there is no requirement to carry a map and compass. The mist did descend on the climb to the radio tower just above the Ponderosa café, but it was short lived and the return route along Offa's D*ke was dry and clear. Everyone got a slate coaster at the finish. The top 10 also got a buff, a mug and a bigger slate coaster. Also we used electronic wrist bands instead of race numbers; is this the future!
