A reminder and update on Wednesday's off road training session. We've had to move the venue as myself and Charlotte Rawcliffe discovered this week that Croxteth Park gates are locked at 7pm and the key routes we want to do included running those areas. There are other options of course, but we don't have time to recce before next week.
So, we'll meet at 6.50pm (for 7pm start) at Clarke's gardens in the public carpark at the bottom of the hill (same as entrance to the Allerton Hall Carvery/pub in the park). We're planning three pace groups, based on the road training groups (G1-2, G3-4 and G5-6). Suitable for all abilities and experiences from beginner to expert! We have several leaders for each so can split further as needs, but don't worry about the pace! Wear trail shoes or old shoes (there may be mud), the forecast looks dry so poss. also insect repellent.
G1-2 - 6/7 miles with Terry & Michael O'Rourke
G3-4 - 6-7 miles with Charlotte Rawcliffe, Chris Probert, Graham
G5-6 - ~5 miles with Joanne Edwards, Debi McMillan and myself (we may split into 5 & 6 if required).
