Tuesday 26/10 session
Slight twist on the current published route.
We will doing a 4,3,2,1 progression run at Banks Road(old Fire Station).
Leaving Lifestyle's promptly 7pm.
Easy run there and back as a Group.
Please ensure you have a running light and/or at the very least high viz clothing.
No dark stuff please.
