Off Road running this week:
Tuesday, G1-2 with Simo Caps , leaving Helsby Quarry Nature Reserve @6.30pm. 6-8 miles.

Thursday, G5-6 with me, leaving Calderstones Yew Tree Road car park at 7pm. 4ish miles.

For both, please post by 7pm Wednesday if you are coming. We don't want run leaders standing in a dark carpark on their own if not!
