Hi all - no off road road training this week (unfortunately Graham has had to cancel the planned XC training this Saturday). However, we still have some good training opportunities and races coming up this month:

Thur 9th December head torch winter run around Moel Famau with Alice Spooner at 7pm. Pace TBC depending on who wants to go. Full kit required (see training plans web page).

Sunday 12th Dec - The famous Devils Gallop along Garston shore - all groups. Rumour has it there will be breakfast afterwards... details to follow.

Thur 16th Dec - all club head torch run leaving from Garston between 6.50-7pm depending on the group. Maybe we'll find a pub after 🙂

Racing - we have the NW Sunday XC league at Arrowe Park coming up on Sunday 19th Dec. Let's go for a great club turnout. No need to sign up in advance - just turn up on the day 🙂 (if you don't know what it's about just give me a shout).
