Hi everyone, just a reminder of Thursday's all club head torch session. We have leaders for all paces. G1-2 and G3-4 leaving Garston at 7pm, G5 leaving at 6.55pm and G6 at 6.50pm. Routes will converge at Woolton for a run up the Travellator then disburse to run their own distances and paces (5-7 miles). We'll be back around 8.15/8.20pm. Please post below if you intend to come (we won't run groups with no takers) or if you need to borrow a head torch. Please let us know by 8pm Wednesday (tomorrow). Ideally wear old or trail shoes.
