A slight change from the website plan(Estuary /Dobbies).
In view of our numbers, we will be visiting Estuary Square for another Pyramid session with active recoveries!!!
Base run there and back.
Please remember your High viz stuff and running lights.
Leaving Lifestyle's at 7pm and meeting beforehand in the car park.
