PLS Training Sessions: COVID-19 Guidelines

Good morning all,
Please find below the COVID-19 guidelines that we are asking all members to follow for Tuesday and Thursday training sessions until further notice.
Before arriving at training
• Do not attend if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms.
• If you have knowingly been in contact with someone who has tested positive, please take a lateral flow test before attending.
Pre-training Briefings
These will continue in the sports hall with the following guidelines to be followed:
• Pre-training briefings will kept short and commence at 6:50 pm.
• All members are to wear facemasks unless medically exempt.
• When in the hall, members are to spread out and utilise the full space available.
• If you arrive early, do not cluster in the corridor of the sports centre or around the door.
Outside Departure
Before departing with your chosen groups, please could groups 1, 2 and 3 distribute themselves along the front of the sports centre, in front of the swimming pool window. Groups 4, 5 and 6 please distribute yourselves along the space from the bicycle racks up to the corner near the entrance to the playing field.
Pre-training Yoga & Strength Training
These are currently postponed until further notice.
