Great turn out yesterday at Standish Hall trail 10k from PLS with 20 runners, ladies team prize, Charlotte Rawcliffe 1st FV40, Myka Heard 1st FV55, Alice Spooner 2nd V45, Andrew Grimshaw 2nd V40 and Lawrence Eccles 4th overall. Especially well done to the first time off roaders who took part and those returning to it after a long break. The course was quite wet underfoot with lots of mud in the woods, but the sun came out for the 2nd loop. Pie or pasty at the end, and only £7 entry. Bargain!
Only one more OR Championship race left this season with is on Saturday 12th March at Pennington Flash Park Run
Don't forget next Sunday's XC league fixture af Arrowe Park, we need a good turnout from both women's and men's teams.
