First off - Steve Pembo Pemberton was 2nd MV65 at Standish Hall Trail 10k last weekend - apologies to miss this off the previous announcement. Good job Steve! :)

A couple of new additions to the March training plans - see the webpage. We will plan April during the coming weeks - any ideas for sessions, let me know.

A reminder that the final off road Championship race of the season is Pennington Flash Park Run on Saturday 12th March followed by end of season drinks on Sunday 13th March at the Penny Lane wine bar.
