Hi everyone, just working on the May training plans, hope to have them up over the weekend.

In the mean time, Marie Motley has played a blinder organising a summer series of training. On the last Sunday of every month she will be leading a training run on the Wirral, all abilities welcome. Get the dates in your diary!
-28th May: Thurtaston & Royden Park 9.5 miles. 8am from Wirral Country Park CH61 0HN.
-26th June: Thornton Hough & Brimstage. 7.5 miles. 8am from Claremont Farm CH63 4JB.
-31st July: Thurtaston to Hilbre Island. 10 miles from Wirral Country Park CH61 0HN. Start - TBC on tide times
-28th Aug: Parkgate and Neston. 7.5 miles. 8am from Neston Wirral Way Car Park. CH64 6TJ.
