Hi everyone, some great trail running on show at the Supersonic this week. 😁 If you want more of the same or to give it ago, come along to Off Road training this Thursday:
- G1-3 with Michael O'Rourke in the Clywdian Hills (7pm or 5.45pm from Garston for a car share). Difficult rating and be prepared to carry a jacket. 5 miles but lots of elevation.
- G4-6 with me at Croxteth at 6.45pm. 4-5 miles and flat. Ideally trail shoes but should be OK with roads since it has been so dry.
