AMENDMENT 1
Please state the existing constitution wording below:
London Marathon places As the Club is affiliated to England Athletics, it is entitled to receive a number of entry places into the London Marathon each year. These places will be allocated to club members via an open ballot. Entry into the ballot is open to those members who have been members of the Club as of 1 June before the ballot date who have forwarded their “rejection slips” to the Club Secretary no later than 24 hours before the deadline. In the event that there are insufficient rejection slips to fill the available places, all the rejection slips entered into the ballot will receive the club places. Any remaining club places will then be allocated in an open ballot of any members expressing an interest in accepting a club place. A list of reserves (3) will also be drawn in the ballot. Once a member has received a ballot place and taken advantage of it, they may not enter the ballot for the next three years.
Please state the proposed needs constitution wording below: (Leave blank if the proposal is to remove something from constitution)

These places will be allocated to club members via an open ballot. Entry into the ballot is open to those members who have been members of the Club as of 1 June before the ballot date who have messaged the Club Secretary no later than 24 hours before the deadline. [Since the London marathon places allocated to the club are based on member numbers, then all members should be eligible to apply for a place as they have contributed. The number of club members applying to the London marathon open ballot has no impact on the number of London marathon places the club is allocated]. A list of reserves (3) will also be drawn in the ballot. Once a member has received a ballot place and taken advantage of it, they may not enter the ballot for the next three years.

AMENDMENT 3
Please state the existing constitution wording below:
The proposal is to create a Parkrun Championship, with set Parkruns that have to be ran in order to qualify. The idea is to create a level playing field by ensuring that everyone runs the same Parkruns. A Parkrun Championship would be more inclusive, as there are no entry fees, it would possibly allow different members to pick up awards, who wouldn't normally do so, and in having a set list of Parkruns that are to be ran, the profile of the club could be lifted around the area.
Please state the proposed needs constitution wording below: (Leave blank if the proposal is to remove something from constitution)
The Parkruns that each member is required to run and scoring system for the proposed championship would, be something that could be discussed and organsied by the committee, but a simple open and vet category for each sex would suffice. The intention would be to keep the parkruns to the Merseyside and Wirral Area. Obviously if the idea is also to raise the profile of the club then PLS vests would be worn whilst participating in the Parkrun events
