Tuesday night pre-session warm up

As mentioned on Thursday night, we will be starting doing a warm up session on Tuesday nights in the Hall at Garston from 6.15pm. It will be a selection of dynamic warm ups, stretches and other exercises designed to warm you up for the main session, and to improve agility, balance, co-ordination and core strength all of which will help you to run better!
The session will be suitable for all members so why not give it a try. If you can't make it for 6.15 then feel free to join in when you can.

same again this week at 6.15pm, and as the sessions seem to have been well recveived they will continue on Tuesdays indefinitely.
Also I am thinking of doing a similar session on Thursdays. My problem is that I can only be there every alternate Thursday, so I am looking for somebody (or a number of people)to help out. Anybody interested? Perhaps one or two of those people who went on the Leadership in Running Fitness Course recently could help out? It will give them a chance to put into practice what they learnt.

I'm on holiday next week but I suggest that the warm-up session goes ahead as usual on Tuesday at 6.15pm - there's been quite a few regulars each week who I'm sure can step in. Cheers

Can you give a brief list of the schedule, particulrly the core strength bits, to remind me and maybe others of the routine?
