And very important also it's the fact that we need to pre enter this race if we wanna have a shot at winning the team prize twice in a trot!
It's in the rules, PLS ladies know very well, a couple of years back they got stripped of a well deserved first place because of it!

So get your cheque book out or enter on line folks!
I believe you have until 4 days before race day to pre enter....

Same day as Trafford 10k so I wont be able to make it.

If you've not done this or a multi before, it's a great introduction, not too much mud and a brilliant selection of cakes at the finish

Also same day as the St Helen's 10k which I shall be at by the way anyone thinking of entering the St Helen's 10k do so quickly as this will be full in next few days almost 1100 entrants so far. Start and finish is at the new Langtree Park stadium home of St Helen's Rugby League Club.

In agreement with John the Roddlesworth race is great mult-terrain race if you have not done it before.

And even the last of this amazing season is over!!

I did not pick up the team prize.

I am not sure there was a team prize as we were the only team in the under 40 category according to the results. Some of those old Horwich men (over 40) were faster.
