Thanks to everyone who cheered me on and helped get me refuelled and back to my car on Saturday.

Cheers guys. Some people really dug deep for us over the weekend, Oonagh who ran with a really bad cold, Frank who ran Sat in man v horse and was clearly unwell but still turned out for us Sunday, the guys and girls who ran man v horse and still did tough legs on Sunday and lawrence who after winning his adjusted welsh 1000 sat finished a brilliant 4th in his leg on Sunday. Thank You everybody who dropped people and picked up from various points and kept it all moving. And finally to Andrew and Julie who were definitely the loudest and most mobile supporters from the whole weekend. Thanks everyone you were all magnificent Welsh Castles Results
